If you change your mind about purchasing a Classic Stills artwork within 24 hours of placing your order, simply complete the form at the bottom of this page and we'll cancel and refund your order immediately.If you're not completely satisfied
If you're not completely satisfied with an item once it arrives, you can return it to us within 7 days and claim a full refund for the price of the artwork.
The first step is to inform us by sending an email to email@example.com, stating the reason why you’re not satisfied.
Please note that the item must be in perfect condition when we receive it in order to claim the refund, and we suggest you return it using the packing materials it was delivered in. If this isn't possible, we can advise you on how best to package the artwork to avoid damage.If your artwork is damaged in transit
Our prints are securely packaged to avoid damage, but in the unlikely event that your print is not in pristine condition when it arrives, we'll replace your order free of charge or offer you a full refund. Exchanges are subject to availability.
If an item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed since your artwork arrived, we won’t be able to offer an exchange or refund.
To return an item, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line “Return”. Please include pictures of the damaged artwork with your email, and specify whether you would like to exchange the item or have your purchase refunded. We will not be able to replace or exchange damaged artworks unless we receive evidence that the item has been damaged.
If the frame is damaged but the print is in tact, we may ask that you damage or destroy the print, and provide photo evidence that the print is no longer in tact. This is to ensure the limited numbering within each collection remains accurate and authentic.
Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label. When returning the artwork, you must use all of the original packaging.
If you have disposed of the packaging, you will need to purchase replacement packaging materials at your own cost. If an item is returned to us with damage greater than is shown in your photos, we’ll no longer be able to offer an exchange or refund.
Once we’ve received your artwork, we’ll inspect it and confirm by email within 7 days whether an exchange or refund is possible.
